ABOUT US
GUARDIAN COMMUNITY SERVICES
is an NDIS-registered provider
delivering Supported Independent Living and disability support services across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Hunter region. Our focus is simple - providing caring, compassionate and individualised support that helps each participant live with choice, control and genuine independence. And we've been doing just that since Oct 2020.

As a small, dedicated team
we’re able to offer a level of consistency and personal attention that larger providers often can’t. We have a unique blend of caring and compassionate staff that includes our director and disability support professionals. Guardian ensures all staff are kept up to date with industry standard training.
We take the time to understand each participant, working closely with their families and allied health professionals to deliver support that is thoughtful, respectful and aligned with their goals and needs.
Our role goes beyond providing daily support. We help participants build capacity, develop confidence and work towards their NDIS goals - whether that’s learning new skills, increasing independence at home, expanding social connections or becoming more involved in their community.
For all our services - Supported Independent Living, community access, in-home support and respite care - our intentions remain the same. A holistic approach, personalised support, genuine relationships and a commitment to quality care.
